DELIVERY TIMES
Our couriers are able to make deliveries between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday. (Some weekend deliveries available on request, extra delivery charges apply, please contact us for further information)
PERTH METRO - SAME DAY/NEXT DAY service
PERTH COUNTRY- 1-2 days delivery or 2-3 days for remote country areas
AUSTRALIA WIDE-1-2 days delivery for Australian capital city areas, 2-3 days for outside areas
IMPORTANT: Some courier delays can occasionally occur from circumstances beyond our control. e.g. Flight delays, weather etc. Please allow a few days for delivery to avoid disappointment.
DELIVERY FEES
Australia Wide Delivery is available for a standard fee on most items, with some extra charges applying for delivery of extra large items.

MULTIPLE ORDERS
Please contact Mega Gift Baskets for a quote on bulk order deliveries to same address. Bulk discount delivery fees may apply.(Perth deliveries only)
COURIER DELIVERY POLICY
Couriers will redeliver an item up to two times to ensure the gift is received by someone at the address.
If an item can not be received by anyone at the address, a courier will only leave the gift if there is a safe, protected area to leave it.
If there isnt a safe place to leave the gift, the courier will leave a contact card in the mailbox of recipient and arrange a redelivery time or recipient may need to collect the gift from a nearby courier depot.
Although we use reputable courier companies, there are sometimes delivery delays due to unforseen circumstances. Mega Gift Baskets takes no responsibility for gifts arriving late due to delivery circumstances.
Although we endeavour to track all of our gifts to confirm delivery, if your gift does not arrive at the delivery location please contact us immediately so we can track your delivery.
ALCOHOL DELIVERY
Delivery of gifts with alcohol will only be delivered to those who are over 18 years of age. Persons receiving goods must be over 18 and sign for delivery of gifts.
FRESH FLOWERS
Fresh flowers available through the web page, are ONLY available to be sent within PERTH METRO area.
