* Gifts are made to order. If a product is unavailable at the time of order, we will replace the item with a similar product to the same or higher value at no extra charge OR contact you to arrange an alternative gift.
* We use reputable couriers, however sometimes a delivery may be delayed. We can not guarantee an exact delivery time, however if your delivery is delayed please contact us and we will look into the delay.
* Gifts which include cold items such as cheeses are only available for Perth Metro delivery. Please ensure there is someone available at the time of delivery to collect. These gifts wont be left at vacant premises and may incur a re delivery charge if someone is not available to receive the gift.
* If you can not decide on a gift selection from our range online, we are happy to customise a gift to suit you. Please arrange this with our staff via email, fax, online contact or by phoning Mega Gift Baskets.
